Two: Design the market entry / expansion strategy and implementation plan
Typically, the research and development of market entry or expansion strategy takes 3-4 months. We will undertake a thorough assessment of the company and build a strong and trustful working relationship. We will talk to our international partners to help build the strategy and plan, including a realistic budget and agreed expectations on what will be involved.

When we all agree on a plan, we will project manage the selection and engagement of the right in-market partners in country. Even at this stage we will be in contact to check progress.

Three: Implement strategy
Our team works alongside you on an agreed basis to implement the market entry or expansion strategy. This additional capacity, expertise and knowledge will reduce risk and problems significantly and accelerate progress.

This could result in our team managing the implementation for you, working closely with our selected in-market partners, or actively coaching and supporting your team to manage the implementation and resolve any challenges and problems which may arise. This includes advising and coaching on the necessary behaviours, cultural understanding, processes and structure for success, and ensuring that communications with in-market parties (including our selected partners) are clear, they are performing effectively, and progress is satisfactory.
